Exploring brushy creek III: Texas wild flower

Texas wild flower is awesome. But the best wild flower can only be found right by high ways (dad has theories to explain why), or someone's private ranch. None of them are accessible to us. Lately we just found out brushy creek regional trail is a pretty good place to see wild flower. If you come on weekends, you also get a pretty good chance to see us.

Exploring brushy creek II: wild animals

We met this little deer in brushy creek trail on our way to Champion park. A EF 300mm F2.8 lens should be the right lens to get a great shot, but dad doesn't have it so this is what we got. It is not great but you get an idea what you can see in brushy creek trail.

Exploring brushy creek I: fish

Brushy creek goes 100 yard by our house. Also goes brushy creek regional trail. It is a pretty well preserved natural land, particularly considering quiet a few residential communities have been developed around it. Yesterday we went fishing in brushy creek. Ray caught a little crawfish and he claimed I helped him got it, though I just walked around in the water. Then mom got two big crawfishes in oak brook. We will pet them for a little while.
